IMPORTANT PROCEDURE:
We will board people with our email confirmations first at the indicated time. Once the confirmed people are boarded, we will then fill the open seats on a first come first served basis until the open seats are filled. If you do not get a seat, then you will have to arrange your own transportation to Tulare County Fairgrounds.
If you have not received our email confirmation notice by 3pm, December 28, 2011, then you will not be on our confirmed list. RSVP request beyond 3pm, December 28, 2011 will not be accepted.

RETURN SCHEDULE:
All buses will return at 3:30am from Tulare County Fairgrounds back to its original pickup locations. There will be no other return schedule.
SECURITY AND ENTRY
Everyone will be searched upon entry. Do not bring any prohibited items listed below.You will risk having them taken away at the entrance. Security staff will search everyone and ask you to empty out your pockets, bags, purses, containers, etc.Any items deem inappropriate will be confiscated and not be returned.
MEDICAL AND SAFETY
Medical staff will be on hand throughout the entire event. If you need any medical assistance, please look for EMT staff, security guards, or our event staff for assistance.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Alcohol will be available for purchases for 21+ in the designated areas of the festival grounds and/or the VIP area only. Alcohol must be consumed inside the designated areas only.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Food, beverage, and alcohol stands will be located throughout the event facility.
STAY HYDRATED
It is very important to stay hydrated, especially if your dancing or if it's hot. If you plan on drinking during the event, be sure to consume a 1:1 ration of water to alcoholic beverages.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS USE OR POSSESSION
The use or possession of any illegal substances will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:
Q: What are the rules for entering?
A: You can come to the event as early as 5pm or anytime during the events hours, 6pm to 2am. There are no ins-and-outs, so once you enter you cannot leave and come back unless you purchase a new ticket.
Q: When will the time slots be posted?
A: Time slots will be posted on December 1stin the ARTISTS section of this site. We will send you the schedule if you sign up to our newsletter to stay in touch with us.
Q: Where is the closest airport?
A: Oakland International Airport is the closest airport from the venue. San Francisco International Airport will be the second closet and San Jose International airport is the third.
Q: What are the rules for promoting?
A: You can pass out fliers only at the end of the event (2am), so as people are exiting the building hand them a flier and a smile. If you get anxious and try to promote during the event or in the parking lot you will not be allowed to promote during the let out.
Q: Should I purchase a FastPass on site?
A: Yes, FastPass allows you to walk up to the front of the entrance line without having to stand at the end of the long line to get into the event. Our staff will be selling FastPass on site at the end of the line. The cost of a FastPass varies from $10 to $20.
Q: Should I bring cash?
A: Yes. You want to bring cash to purchase water, food, glow sticks, and other things.
Q: Will there be ATMs?
A: Yes, there will be ATMs at the main entrance and throughout the venue.
Q: Will there be parking?
A: There will be plenty of paid parking at the venue. Your car cannot be left in the parking lots during non-festival hours so if your car is left in the lot it probably will be towed after the event.
Q: Can I rest in my car in the parking lot after the show ends?
A: Unfortunately not. Sleeping in cars in parking lots after the event is not allowed. Make sure you have a designated driver who is well rested for the drive home.
Q: Will tickets sell out?
A: We will allocate a certain amount of tickets for sell online. Once the allotment of tickets are completely sold out, we will sell tickets onsite during the event night at a higher rate. We strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets early and to take advantage of the lower rates. If tickets are completely sold out, we will then announce it on our web site. Do not buy from scalpers. Chances are it is a fake ticket and you will be out $$ and probably very mad.
Q: Will tickets be sold at the event?
A: Yes. We allocate an amount of tickets for sell at the night of the event. However the ticket price will on higher. So buy your ticket early online and save. Do not buy tickets from scalpers, it's probably a fake ticket and only a scanner can tell for sure.
Q: When are the tickets going to go up in price?
A: They will go up in price level as allotted ticket amounts are sold, so buy early and save.
Q: Are there Ticket Outlines available to purchase tickets?
A: Yes, see TICKET OUTLETS. Please check back later if it is not available yet.
Q: I bought my ticket(s) and asked them to be shipped to me and it is getting close to the show date and I'm nervous they will not arrive in time.
A: If you have not received your tickets by the time it says you were supposed to, then contact our online ticket agency immediately. They are the pros and will get you taken care off.
Q: Why can't I have tickets shipped to an address other than my billing address?
A: You can thank scammers and fraud for this rule. Tickets will only be shipped to the billing address so we can help cut down on fraud.
Q: What can I bring?
A: We recommend you read over and become familiar with the list of prohibited items.
Q: Can I bring water bottles or food into the show?
A: Sorry, no outside food or beverages are allowed. There will be bottled water sold inside the venue. Please remember to keep hydrated, tell a friend.
Q: Can I bring my camera into the show?
A: We encourage you to take pictures and share them online with your friends but you cannot bring in a professional camera with removable lens. Only a small non pro camera is allowed inside.
Q: What kind of ID do I need to prove my age?
A: A driver's license or ID card but it has to contain a photo and DOB. Also an U.S. or foreign passport works too. A school ID or expired ID won't work.
Q: Can I still go to the show if I am not quite 18 but I come with a legal guardian?
A: This event is strictly 18+. Even if you look older than 18 you still need to prove you are of age.
Q: Oops, I lost my ID, what do I do?
A: If you have a passport, security will accept that. Expired IDs will only be accepted with a print out DMV doc that you get when applying for a lost/stolen card.
Q: What do I do if my ID expired and my new one won't make it in time?
A: Just bring your expired ID and your DMV print out that proves your ID is being renewed.
Q: What are acceptable forms of ID to purchase alcohol?
A: Any U.S. driver's license or ID card. Also, an U.S. or foreign passport will work just as good. Remember to drink responsibly.
